Key Responsibilities:

Oversee overall Hub Operations and ensure adherence to operational standards.

Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and promptly manage customer escalations.

Implement employee engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP).

Prepare business dashboards and review reports with Hub team and Area Manager.

Manage Hub Imprest/Petty Cash expenses and ensure SOP adherence.

Maintain cost per shipment (CPS) within budget and ensure profitable operations.

Coordinate with departments to comply with commercial and statutory requirements.

Conduct team meetings, motivate the team, and control attrition.

Ensure team members are well-trained and manage environmental bodies.

Continuously work towards reducing error rates in Operations Management.

Ensure safety and maintain high standards of hygiene in the facility.

Handle grievances and conduct open house meetings with Hub teams.

Monitor and improve Team Leaders’ performance, ensure real-time tracking of undelivered shipments, and achieve capacity utilization targets.

Qualifications:

Education: Any Postgraduate

Experience: 1-6 years in supply chain management

Location: Areraj, Motihari, Madhubani, Bihar
