Allsec Technologies is urgently hiring for the role of OTC – Collections in Chennai. We are looking for candidates with 1.6 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Order to Cash (OTC) cycle. If you have a strong background in Accounts Receivable Collections and excellent communication skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Position: OTC – Collections

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 1.6 – 5 years

CTC: ₹3.5 – 4.2 LPA (Non-negotiable)

Interview Time: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle collections by connecting with international customers via calls.

Manage inbound and outbound calls.

Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in email writing.

Perform account reconciliation.

Work on collecting past due invoices, reducing DSO, working cash application, and order release.

Demonstrate an end-to-end understanding of the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle.

Key Skills:

Experience in Accounts Receivable Collections (Voice)

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficiency in email writing with the right etiquette

Flexibility to work night shifts

Strong understanding of the O2C cycle
