About the Job: We are looking for candidates with a Financial Services background (FSMI) to manage Billing Operations and act as a liaison between the Customer and other client organizations. The FSMI will handle day-to-day billing activities and serve as a primary or secondary contact for assigned Customers.

Responsibilities:

Manage account activities and understand Customer’s business and billing strategy.

Support Customer enrollment on the portal and care services.

Maintain accurate Customer files and database records.

Provide input for quick reference cards and Global Service Plans.

Support Service Manager with billing activities.

Develop, implement, and maintain billing flows or hierarchies.

Review first invoices for new services.

Act as SME on complex Customer contracts billing.

Proactively manage credit requests and postings.

Develop policies and practices to improve efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

8-13 years of experience in Financial Services

Excellent English communication skills

Graduation degree is a must
