Walk-In Interview- API Production (Junior Executive/Executive) & Freshers on 24th 27th July 2024

For Fresher's:

Department: Production

Qualification B.Sc. Chemistry (Pass out in 2021,22,23,24)

For Experience:

Qualification: B.Sc./B.Com/M.Sc.

Experience: 01 to 07 years

Pharma API Experience Mandatory

Role & responsibilities:

1. Monitor Reactors, Centrifuges, Dryers, Milling, Sifting and Micronizing activities and monitor batches.

2. Monitor Cleaning of Reactor, Centrifuge, ANFD, Filtration System, Dryer, Miller, Sifter and Micronizer as per approved cleaning Records/SOP

3. Execution of batch operations like material charging, extractions, workups, filtration, additions, centrifuging, drying, sampling and labelling

4.Mapping of temperature, humidity, pressures etc.

5. Follow all equipment preventive maintenance schedule and environmental monitoring schedules.

6.Raising the work orders for carrying out the maintenance work

7. Data updating in BPRs, BCRs, Log books and other production records Follow cGMP and data integrity procedures in all activities
